WHAT IS DOG WALKER WATCH?  Would YOU like to start one with your Neighbors?
According to the United States Humane Society and the ASPCA, there are over seventy-five million dog owners across the nation. That’s neighbors walking their dog throughout their community at all times of the day, all days of the week, in all weather conditions, who are not too preoccupied with texting, chatting, emailing and listening to music. 

These Dog Walker Watchers are encouraged to assist local law enforcement as extra eyes and ears while out walking their dog. Their program enhances the partnership between police and community providing resources for neighbors to be more aware, to effectively observe, and to report suspicious activity.           Thank you, EFPCA!
